A very humble and healthy snack from Maharashtra which is gluten free, vegan and extremely protein rich……“Kothimbir Vadi”. Kothimbir means coriander in Marathi 🌿
It’s very tasty with a perfect balance of protein, fibre, healthy fats loaded with greens🌿
