Some dishes don't need a menu description, they need a memory. ..
We sat down with our Head Chef Nikhil and team member Agnelo over a plate of the BEEF Boti Kebab, and somewhere between the first bite and the second, they weren't in London anymore they were back on the streets of Mumbai.
This one's a tribute to Bademiya, the legendary Mughlai eatery that's been feeding Mumbai since 1946. Everyone knows Bademiya for its juicy, tender chunks of marinated kebab, charcoal-grilled to smoky perfection & now we bring Same soul, same fire on our table.
