After making cakes as a hobby for a few years i have now decided to turn it into a business. I am registered with my local council,i hold a 5* rating and have a certificate in level 2 food safety. It’s been 15 years since I first started my cake decorating journey after myself and my sister in law signed up to a course at the local school. It’s been a passion of mine ever since and although i’ve had breaks along the way due to family commitments and work I always come back to it. Baking and cake decorating is like therapy for me and my happy place. I wonder what the next 15 years will bring 🤔
