Zainab, our Head of W**e, introduces one of our favourite sparkling rosés on the list right now: Que Shira Shira, or "the Shakira w**e" as our team likes to call it.

A Pétillant Naturel, or also known as Pét-Nat, is made from 100% Syrah; it pairs beautifully with our Green Bean Fasolakia with gochujang and feta mascarpone amongst so many other dishes.
