This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re highlighting charities that support mental health and are here to help those who need it.

We know wellbeing is shaped by more than just physical health, there’s a strong relationship between the gut and the brain. While nutrition is only one part of mental wellbeing, it can play an important role in supporting mood, energy, focus, and overall balance.

That’s why we feel it’s important to be part of this conversation in a way that’s responsible, realistic and useful. We’re not here to oversimplify mental health or position food as a solution. But we do believe convenient food needs to do more than just fill people up, it should support them properly. For many, cooking from scratch every day isn’t realistic. Busy schedules, stress and low motivation can all make healthy eating feel harder to maintain, turning it into another pressure rather than a positive habit.
