🖤 These are sad days for Sardinia 😢 as a stretch of land of more than 50 kilometers in length has burnt and it is gone forever. One of the oldest trees of Sardinia, over 2000 years old olive tree was completely destroyed by the high flames, forests, farmland, animals also burnt alive and thousands of people had to leave their homes as the fires reached their villages.

My heart goes to all the people that lost their farmland, animals and their homes. I hope that there will be measure in the future to prevent these things from happening. We can all play a part to fight climate change for sure, even if it might not be the reason why this fire started in the first place, but for sure the situation could only get worse if we don't change our behavior now.

Culurgiones with bottarga (the caviar of the Mediterranean) now available to buy on the site, a luxurious take on our culurgiones.

Cook our culurgiones and add a sprinkle of bottarga on the top and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. You'll be in for a treat 😋
