The Crown Inn is located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in the village of Askrigg. We are a friendly and welcoming family run pub, offering a range of fine cask ales and providing excellent home cooked food using locally sourced produce. Lunch is served between 12pm and 2pm, and evening meals are served between 6.30pm and 8.45pm. We are child friendly and welcome dogs too. We also have a beer garden to the rear of the pub which is a great setting of a lazy afternoon in the sun. A combination of a warm friendly atmosphere, high quality food, wide choice of drinks and 2 inviting log fires, make The Crown Inn a must for visitors to Wensleydale.

🎉 JIMBO’S BINGO … WHAT A NIGHT! 🎉

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along and made the night such a belter. Together, you helped us raise OVER £1,000 for the PTFA! 🥳👏 Yoredale Schools PTFA

Special mentions to
🎶“My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean”, which required the entire room to repeatedly sit down and stand back up. My knees would like to formally complain.

And finally… JIMBO THE HOOVER HAS FOUND HIS NEW HOME! 🧹❤️ We hope he’s settling in nicely and enjoys his new life of hoovering fame and fortune.

Thank you to everyone who dressed up, sang their hearts out, joined in with the challenges, donated, bought bingo tickets and generally embraced the chaos.
