England are in action on three fronts on a Super Saturday this week with the fifth and final T20 clash with India at 2.00pm, Nations Championship rugby against Fiji at 2.10pm, all before the World Cup Quarter-Final with Norway at 10.00pm. And there’s a full day of Nations Championship rugby with Ireland, Scotland and Wales all in action.

Breakfasts are served from 10.00am every Saturday, Sunday lunches from 12.00noon to 5.00pm.

Our next bike night is on Monday August 3 with Ron and Leon Haslam!

Rugby’s new Nations Championship - “Northern hemisphere v. Southern hemisphere” - gets under way this weekend with five back to back matches on Saturday including England in Johannesburg for a 4.40pm kick-off against the Springboks!

The FIFA World Cup continues as the Round of 16 begins and there’s Formula One action with the British Grand Prix at 3.00pm on Sunday.

We’ve a mixed bag of sport this weekend as England conclude their World Cup group games on Saturday, there’s MotoGP action from the oldest grand prix on the calendar, at the Assen circuit in the north of the Netherlands!

England are battling to win the three-test series in the final test against New Zealand at Trent Bridge, F1 heads to Austria and the weekend ends with the first of the “round of 32” World Cup matches on Sunday evening, South Africa playing host nation Canada.
