Mermaid Gin- containing 10 botanicals all carefully blended to create a citrusy zing with a hint of sweet spice.
Mermaid Pink Gin- made with fresh Isle of Wight Strawberries.
Mermaid Zest Gin- made with Grapefruit, Rosemary, Bergamot, Organic Lemon Zest & Cascade Hops for a zesty and aromatic fusion.
Mermaid Salt Vodka- it’s in the name! Made with fresh Sea Salt straight from the shore of Isle of Wight for a more savoury note.
Mermaid Spiced Rum- a carefully crafted blend of 50% Trinidadian Sugar Cane Rum & 50% Dominican Republican Molasses Rum blended with White Cherries, Apricots, Isle of Wight Honey, Salt, Holygrass & Cassia for a gentle spice with sweet, caramel notes and a sea salt finish.
Mermaid have created these gorgeous spirits with so much attention, care and flavour whilst also sourcing their ingredients locally from Isle of Wight or the South Coast- putting their B-Corporation certification to excellent use!
