The new menu has landed. And we’ve got two very good reasons to start with fish. 🐟

First up, cured Chalk Stream trout with buttermilk dressing, jalapeño, smoked trout rillettes, and dill.

Or our smoked haddock fish cake, served with crab sauce and crème fraîche.

Two starters. Both very tempting. The difficult bit is choosing which one makes it to your side of the table. 👀
