We’ve partnered with since we opened to deliver exceptional tasting cocktails by the bottle and on tap crafted with fresh ingredients and quality spirits. We currently serving:

Black Lines first non-alcoholic cocktail. The world’s most iconic ‘virgin’ serve. Nostalgia with a cherry on top. Striped straws with a feeling of belonging. Cheekiness in a cocktail sling as big as a child’s grin. Effervescent, indulgent and outrageous.... all in one big slurp.

The Paloma. A revamp of the Paloma we already loved. Los Arcos, a splash of mezcal, fresh lime, grapefruit soda and a touch of Halen Môn salt. Think bright, zesty and fragrant, with that telltale bittersweet grapefruit edge. It’s all about balance: a bold citrus serve with just a whisper of smoke on the finish.

The Aperitivo: the heart of Italian culture. A drink designed to bring people together, stimulate conversion and whet the appetite. The Black Lines Aperitivo Spritz combines bittersweet Gamondi Aperitivo with crisp sparkling wine and a top of bubbles for a luscious finish. 

Hugo Spritz. The drink to quench all thirst. Born by the lakes of Northern Italy, bottled by Black Lines. A serve with all the allure of an Italian summer. Expect crisp notes of elderflower, rounded by lightly sparkling wine and London Dry Gin, with the zest of lemon for a refreshing finish.

SO WHAT IS A PANUOZZO - Phonetically: Pan-Not-so

Well.. It’s a traditional Neapolitan street food, made with our 48-72 hour fermented freshly baked pizza dough, to give a softer, tender, lighter finish.

We currently have 4 delicious choices at the moment:

THE BRESAOLA
Garlic butter base, with peppery rocket, buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced air-dried bresaola, fresh onion, in house nduja mayo, finished with black pepper and a drizzle of of olive oil.

MORTADELLA ROCKET
Garlic butter base, with peppery rocket, buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced mortadella, finished with black pepper and a drizzle of of olive oil.

THE CAPRESE
Garlic butter base, with peppery rocket, buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, balsamic glaze. Finished with black pepper, parmesan shavings and a drizzle of olive oil.

THE VEGGI
Garlic butter, peppery rocket, buffalo mozzarella, caramelised red onion, sweet slow-roasted sun-dried tomatoes, finished with olive oil and a drizzle of in house basil mayo.

BEHIND THE SLICE. SEASON 2 EPISODE 9. DAY 120. “SUMMER SLICE ” We are often asked which is our most popular pizza. It has to be without question the pepperoni and margarita, even though we have a wide selection of great choices, these are our staples. Would you agree? Both can be had by the slice at North Slice. FINALLY…THE SLICE IS LANDING. We will be rolling out the next phase of our offering. We will be testing a bigger 18 to 20 inch PIZZA SLICE offering which will launch on the 14.04.26 from the early afternoons to begin with. We will hopefully see you then

DAY 97. “SLICES & SANDOS” it’s been a busy and emotional few weeks recently with the closure of our sister site However we’re excited to welcome you into a new era at North Slice — with our new morning and afternoon offering of Pizza by the slice and Panuozzo [pizza sandwiches], plus coffee & pastries from 14th April. We can’t wait to share slice and coffee with you soon

BEHIND THE SLICE. SEASON 2 EPISODE 4. DAY 23. “LIGHTS” After some extensive and rather costly renovations and improvements to our Harrogate site, including new front of house lighting, front bar tiling, we can finally say we will be reopening from Saturday the 24th of January. Our booking system is now live again on our website. Thanks for your penitence. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
