It’s Wednesday which means two things….the trough is back open from 3pm and you can all breathe a sigh of relief! It also means Chef has dropped two new delicious specials for you to enjoy all week whilst they last! 🎉

🦞Prawn, Crayfish & Avocado Cocktail. The perfect sunshine supper with a cold glass of something. Who wants to cook in this heat after all? ☀️🦞

🐟 Cajun fillets of seabass on a creamy curried prawn sauce. Absolutely stunning and a customer favourite we just had to bring back for round two!🐷

Pair with a selection of hot & tasty Piglet plates and crispy Pinsa bread sticks for dipping and you’ve got yourself a perfect, no fuss feast for sharing 🐷🍸

Within our own team we have decades of hands on party planning and event management experience so whatever you want your ‘do to look like (or maybe you have no idea and that’s okay too!) we’ll help you plan an absolute belter of a bash at The Trough 🐽. 🐷☀️What a weekend! A huge thanks to everyone who paid the trough a visit to eat, drink and laugh together - it was bloody brilliant to see you all! We’re thrilled to bits that so many of you have been enjoying the brand new terrace in the sunshine and troughing our Seafood specials!
