Well at least Sunday is dry! Will be in West Hanger c/p Sat/Sun. Did you know that to create the smoothest, velvety flat white you need the perfect milk. By that I mean the perfect temperature along with a perfect consistency; just enough stretch in the milk for a pretty pattern!
