🍷✨ On September 28th, we celebrate a new edition of Maestri Ai Fornelli, our culinary series paying tribute to auteur cuisine through unique encounters, where talent, exceptional produce and the Mediterranean come together around the same table.

This time, we welcome Chef Teo Iannotta to Sorella, joining us from restaurant Muiño de Rudiño in Pontevedra, to share his unique take on cocina saudade.

A culinary proposal that revisits familiar flavours and cherished memories, transforming them into an experience rooted in place, memory and emotion — a meeting point between Italian and Galician heritage.

Iannotta will join our Executive Chef, Francesco Tancredi Leggio, for a four-hands dinner, bringing together different perspectives on gastronomy and one shared passion for exceptional produce.

El próximo 28 de septiembre celebramos una nueva edición de Maestri Ai Fornelli, nuestro ciclo gastronómico que rinde homenaje a la cocina de autor a través de encuentros únicos, donde el talento, el producto y el Mediterráneo se dan cita alrededor de una misma mesa.

En esta ocasión, recibimos en Sorella al chef Teo Iannotta , que llega desde el restaurante Muiño de Rudiño , en Pontevedra, para compartir su particular visión de la cocina saudade.

Una propuesta que recupera sabores y recuerdos de siempre y los transforma en una experiencia ligada al territorio, la memoria y la emoción, en un encuentro entre las raíces italianas y gallegas.

Iannotta cocinará a cuatro manos junto a nuestro chef ejecutivo, Francesco Tancredi Leggio , en una velada que reunirá distintas miradas sobre la gastronomía y una misma pasión por el producto.
