You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced kitchen team, led by our Head Chefs George and Daniel, with support from our Sous Chef Steven. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional, fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about food and hospitality
• Eager to learn and grow within a strong team
• Reliable, driven, and detail-oriented

In return, you’ll gain valuable experience, mentorship from seasoned chefs, and the chance to be part of an ambitious and supportive kitchen.

That's why we've always believed the bar deserves the same thought and attention as the kitchen.

For Alex, that means good ingredients, interesting combinations and plenty of creativity to make every drink feel distinctly Fish Bowl.

Dinner might be the main event, but we see no reason for the drinks to only play a supporting role.

Por eso siempre hemos creído que la barra merece el mismo cuidado y atención que la cocina.

From keeping standards high to bringing each service together, George along with Daniel plays a huge part in making sure everything that leaves the kitchen represents what Fish Bowl is all about.
