Cheers to a new chapter 🖤🫣
More than six years ago, we were invited into a conversation about a neighbourhood that didn’t yet exist. Amid new ideas and empty spaces stood an old building waiting for a new purpose. Somehow, it felt like it was waiting for us 👀
Jumbo Bakery was built on intuition, stubbornness, creativity, and a belief that good things happen when people care deeply about what they do..
We’ve grown alongside our local community while finding friendships far beyond it! Through baking, sharing knowledge, and learning from people who inspire us, we’ve been fortunate enough to become part of something much bigger 🖤 (thank you internet) 🖤
This building has been waiting patiently in the background for many years. While we didn’t know exactly what it would become.
The last 1,5 years have brought a new idea to life - different in form, but driven by the same philosophy. From September 2026, we’ll be opening our very first restaurant 🫣
A place open from breakfast through the afternoon and into the evening, with a simple ambition: to feed the local community of Aarhus through honest and thoughtful cooking, high-quality ingredients - and a commitment to minimizing waste.
Together with an incredibly talented team of experienced chefs, we’re excited to welcome you to Erli.
