We’re celebrating ‘Kanelbullens Dag’ all week long 🇸🇪 Some might say its giving Ikea-cute?

Usually, we make this bun with cardamom and marzipan, but this week, we’re giving it a cinnamon twist in honour of the occasion 🌀

On October 4th, we’re celebrating Kanelbullens Dag - the Swedish tradition dedicated to one of our favourite things: cinnamon 🤎

And because one day simply isn’t enough, we’ll be baking our cinnamon buns all week leading up to October 4th 🌀 That means we’re starting Monday!

Last week, we hosted our first event at Erli - and it was everything we could have wished for 🤍

It’s pretty wild to think that this space not too long ago, had sand as the floor - and that, now, it has become a place where chefs can work, and where people can eat, sit, and gather.

This Friday, our soft opening begins!

We’ll be open from breakfast through the afternoon, with a simple ambition: to feed the local community of Aarhus through honest, thoughtful cooking, high-quality ingredients - and a serious commitment to minimising waste 🤎

Together with an incredibly talented team of experienced chefs, we’re so excited to finally welcome you to Erli.

It’s been a while!! We have a little midday snack at our Ankersgade location. From Monday to Friday we serve a delish as hell; Toast. Made with our loaf, pickled squash, tomato jam, capers mayo and cheese 🧀 💛

Grown in open fields, ripened under the Danish sun (or sky..) , and picked in season ✨ Their time is short, and that’s part of what makes them so special.
