Our show-stopping Aburi Oshi Sushi is available in three different flavours. The original Salmon Oshi with two layers of fresh salmon, Miku sauce, and a sliver of jalapeño for heat. The Ebi Oshi with prawn, a tangy ume sauce and lime zest. Finally, our Saba Oshi, featuring fresh mackerel with soy glaze, shiso leaf, and sesame ginger scallion salsa to brighten up the rich umami of the saba. Try them in our Taste of Minami set menu or as a set in our Oshi Sampler.
