Our seasonal desserts have changed! Alongside our spring menu refresh, we are pleased to introduce new desserts.

🍑 Fruity and fresh with just a hint of umami with the salted egg yolk tuile, the Peach Earl Grey Mousse is lovely and light. Served with honey Earl Grey ice cream and honey caramel drizzle. Summer in dessert form.

🍓 Sweet strawberries meet effervescent basil ganache in our Strawberry Basil Tart. Refreshing yuzu sorbet makes it all come together. The perfect way to end your meal with us.

🥭 The Tropics are calling: lush coconut panna cotta that melts in your mouth hides underneath a tangy mango gel. Topped with crunchy coconut meringue to transport you to a white sand beach somewhere.

Happy World Sushi Day! We celebrate with everyone who loves sushi as much as we do. While we cannot claim to have introduced sushi and Japanese cuisine to Vancouver, Miku is proud to have been the first to bring the Aburi method of using bincho to impart a buttery, caramelized flavour to the fish to Canada.
