Dine Out Vancouver Season 2026

January 21- February 8th

After almost a decade; This will most likely be Bistro Sakana’s final chapter of Dine Out Vancouver. While this chapter ends... another chapter commences as we are planning on embarking on a new journey.

Under the leadership of newly appointed star executive chef Matsuo. Bistro Sakana will be undergo a full rebrand- evolving the restaurant into something more bold in 2026.
