Raspberry Vanilla Matcha. Freeze-dried raspberry rehydrated with vanilla syrup then layered under milk and matcha. It’s bright, sweet, and creamy all at once.

Tonka Bean Latte. House-made tonka bean syrup combined with espresso and milk and topped with fresh grated tonka beans. Tastes like butterscotch, vanilla, cinnamon, and almond all at the same time, and it pairs incredibly well with coffee. Come check it out!

Over the last few weeks we had a huge influx of fresh coffees, so we’ve been doing a lot of tasting and testing. We’ve released 5 new coffees in the last couple weeks, and we’ve got another 4 that are almost ready to release into the wild. Stay tuned!

FRESH HOPPED CASCARA SODA. It’s harvest time for hops, and we can’t let breweries have all the fun.

Made with fresh Centennial, Fuggle, and Northern Brewer hops just hours after harvest, steeped with cascara from Peru, sugar, and tartaric acid. It’s a hop-forward soda but in a fruity/juicy/hazy IPA kind of way with very low bitterness, balanced out with the caramelly, raisin-y depth of cascara (coffee fruit) tea and structured with tartaric acid, which is one of the primary acids found in grapes.
