This is our first year working with Inabel Abad Jimenez, whom we met during our most recent visit to Aprocassi, in Peru. Inabel is a member of the co-op and has been doing thoughtful, impressive work on his farm.

Over the past few years, he has been renovating his farm and gradually replacing much of his Mundo Novo and Colombia plantings with Geisha. His farm sits at 1820 masl, and our photos don’t quite do it justice.

The evening we visited, we took a sample straight from the raised drying beds and cupped it the following morning. It was immediately clear how special it was, and we knew it would only get better with proper drying and rest.

When we asked how much he expected to produce, the answer was around ten 69kg bags, and we committed to purchasing the entire lot. The first few bags have just been released on the website.

We are really excited about this coffee and even more excited about the possibility of working with Inabel year after year. We cannot wait to see how this coffee and his farm continue to evolve. ❤️

Say hello to Embrujo 🪄 a new arrival from Colombia’s Eje Cafetero that truly lives up to its name (Embrujo means “spell”). This natural-processed lot comes from juiciosos producers, a local term for farmers known for being hard-working, thoughtful, and deeply attentive to quality.

Expect notes of cranberry, cacao, and wine gums, shaped by tropical rainforest conditions, volcanic soils, and careful work at every step. It’s a coffee that feels a little magical in the cup, and we’re excited to share it with you.

We have a new look. 🤩

We’ve updated our name and visual identity to better reflect who we are today, and we’re excited to finally share it with you — all while keeping what matters most intact: the coffee, the people behind it, and what we stand for.

Just realized we never shared our latest seasonal release here. Can you tell social media isn’t really our forte? 🥴

This washed Ethiopian comes from the Yirgacheffe region, where small family farms bring their ripe cherries to the Aricha washing station, a place known for some of the most expressive coffees in the country.

In the cup, you’ll find apricot sweetness, bright lemon zest, and soft rose florals. It’s clean, lifted, and quietly stunning - everything we love about this region.

If you enjoy delicate, nuanced coffees, this one’s for you. Limited release, now available.

In Photo 2, Dusty is in Addis Ababa with Deresse from Snap Specialty Coffee and Kirubel from Sucafina, whose work made it possible for us to share this coffee with you all.

We’re excited to share our latest seasonal arrivals from Ethiopia: two small lots that showcase the best of their regions and the care of the people who grow them.

🌱 Takele Mammo Denbi, Yirgacheffe
From an 8-hectare farm in Konga, this lot reflects the heart of Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone. Takele, new-generation farmer and important leader within the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, brings a fresh eye and meticulous care to this crop. Expect orange, caramel and black tea tasting notes.

🌱 Gerbicho Lela Cooperative, Sidama
Produced by family-owned farms organized in Sidama’s Aleta Wondo district, this indigenous heirloom lot is fully washed and dried on raised beds. This fruity-forward coffee is giving us notes of blackberry, yellow plum and grape.

Both coffees are small-lot, thoughtfully cultivated, and a true taste of southern Ethiopia’s extraordinary coffee terroirs. Available now.

New Seasonal Release: Guatemala, Guaya’b Asociación Civil

In the remote, mountainous terrain of Huehuetenango, coffee farming isn’t easy. But through collective effort, the members of Guaya’b Asociación Civil (GUAYA’B), a cooperative of smallholder producers, are building something resilient.

Each farm averages just a few acres. Together, producers access micro-financing for year-round maintenance and replanting, and receive technical support ranging from soil analysis to organic fertilizer production. During harvest, GUAYA’B also runs a childcare program, providing safe learning spaces for children while their parents work in the fields.

Coffee is delivered to a centralized mill, where it’s fully washed, fermented for 36–48 hours, and sun-dried on patios. Wastewater is treated and returned clean to the environment.

The result is a traceable, certified Organic and Bird-Friendly community lot that reflects both the landscape and the collective care behind it.

Variety: Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor
Process: Washed
Notes: Apple • Fig • Graham Cracker
Roast: Light
