Located in the picturesque Perron District, Luisa Ristorante has operated in the City of St. In January 2019, Luisa changed hands - our names are Ed and Cindy and we are the new owners. We are passionate about food, w**e and unforgettable service. Our dream has always been to open a fun, small family-run trattoria where we can share great food and w**es with the community. Weekend feature for the next two weekends (October 9-10, 16-17). Prawns (8) over fettuccine tossed with a spicy (it’s more of a medium spice level) Sambuca Rose sauce. The sweetness of the Sambuca is balanced by the spiciness of the chilli flakes. This dish is a house favourite! Don’t miss out on this flavour 💣! Inspired by this fall weather we’ve put together a fabulous feature for the next two weekends (September 25-26, October 2-3)

Roasted butternut squash cream sauce over linguine with 8 tiger prawns. The squash was first rubbed with sage, all spice and nutmeg before roasting. We then incorporated it with our cream sauce. Our feature for the next two weekends (September 11-12, 18-19) is Chicken Marsala. We ran this feature back in February with nothing but positive reviews. Chicken, mushrooms and our decadent Marsala cream sauce served over fettuccine is the perfect comfort food for this dreary weekend.

We can’t believe it’s been since last November since we made this dish. Our interpretation of Mac and Cheese is always super popular! This time around we’re going to change it up a little. We are hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner this evening. Due to this our phones will be turned off at 6:30 pm so as not to disturb our guests. Takeout will also not be available. We will return tomorrow at our usual business hours (4-9:30pm)

We’ve brought back Veal Parmigiana for the next two weekends! (August 14-15, 21-22)

Two tender veal cutlets dusted with our house made breadcrumbs. Quickly dropped in our fryer to give you a crispy crust. Then we top them off with capicollo, mozzarella and our tomato sauce before we finish them in the oven. Served with our classic Fettuccine Alfredo this is a dish that will have you smiling ☺️!!!!
