When we first opened 13 years ago, we were making a different special burger every day and naming them after movies. On a whim on American Thanksgiving, we whipped together a turkey burger with duck gravy and chicken skin. We never knew that years later, it would become one of our most popular specials and we would continue to do it for over a dozen years.
