Birthdays aren't complete without some kind of cake! These are for one of my best friends. Last year for her birthday I made them for the first time and they have been her "go-to" flavour since! Caramel macchiato cupcakes! Coffee flavoured cupcakes with homemade caramel sauce squeezed into them, topped with coffee Swiss meringue buttercream and even more homemade caramel sauce 🤤 I love orders with caramel because I have extra for my coffee now 😉
