This carrot rapées is one of the garnishes for our signature walnut dukkah side salad!

Each week, Chan makes at least 15lbs of these carrot ribbons, then they get salted and marinated in dijon mustard, dill, and lemon juice.

The walnut dukkah salad comes with most of our menu items. Come by and try it out!

We'll be open 8am-3pm Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with the kitchen closing at 2pm or when we sell out!
