Our dishwasher is back in action! We'll be back to our regular service starting tomorrow, just in time for the long weekend!

We'll be open 8am-3pm Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with the kitchen closing at 2pm or when we sell out!

We'll take some time off to rest and recharge, and to get ready for a nice busy summer! We'll see you guys on May 1st, with our new hours! 8am-3pm, with the kitchen closing at 2pm or when we're sold out.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by this Easter weekend!

As we head into this new week, here are a few updates from us:

We will be taking a short spring break at the end of the month to recharge before the busy summer season comes! We will be CLOSED from April 21st to April 30th, and reopening on May 1st.

When we reopen we will have NEW HOURS, 8AM-3PM with the kitchen open until 2PM or until sold out. We're working at max capacity right now and have been selling out often, so closing early would give us more time to prep for the next day.

We hear you on the "bigger location" requests and trust us, we're dreaming big too! For now, we’re doing our best in our small-but-mighty kitchen.

This year has been filled with plenty of ups and downs and we have learned so much in our first year! Thank you for those who continuously support our little Eggie, you are the reason we are motivated to do what we do!
