We custom roast Freya, a Nordic Baking Blend created for our friends at Freya — home of sourdough croissants, organic slow-fermented bread, and a very good excuse for a kaffepause.⁠
⁠
The brief? A coffee that could hold its own beside all that butter, fermentation and flaky pastry without getting in the way. Dark chocolate, red fruits and almond seemed a rather good answer.⁠
