And we offered to cover any additional cost just to give us some additional time till we find an alternative or to finish our busy season but they refused and said they can't despite they have not signed any contract yet with the other renter so
​ they have it to a single renter
All 17 renters offered to rent the kitchen all together year around to cut any financial losses to stay, but ICCS management refused our offer.
