Celebrate Food Day Canada with us. On August 1, our country comes together to honour the people who grow, harvest, fish, research, cook, and nourish us. The farmers who steward our land, the fishers who work our waters, the chefs who champion Canadian ingredients, and the home cooks who keep our food traditions alive.
From July 28 to August 30, we’re extending that celebration with a limited Chef’s Tasting Menu that highlights the best of our local growers and peak‑season ingredients.
