This is my Mom, Anne Noble.

My Mom is a very fun person with whom I have a very special relationship. She never had a paid job outside the home, but rather did an amazing job of raising her three sons and then went on to forge incredible relationships with all of her 8 grandchildren.

Because my Mom was always at home she prepared all the food we ate from scratch, and was always baking up cookies, cakes and squares in her kitchen. When I was bored in the middle of summer I began to do a lot of baking to pass the time - and to ensure that all the sweets available were my favourites! This love for me continued on into high school classes that I took and then on to culinary school which began my career as a Chef.

My daughter Laura, who of course has worked beside me for 16+ years also adopted this love for baking. For over a decade Laura has home-baked goodies which are presented in a little box to each and every one of our 100+ employees in both restaurants who are celebrating a birthday.
