July, you were a good one.
Stampede mornings with maple lattes and pancakes. Our Bran Muffins gone before 9am. Ice cream cones on warm afternoons in the neighbourhood. And all of you, the regulars, the new faces, the families, the ones who’ve been coming here since before some of you were born.
26 years in and July still reminds us why we do this. This corner, this community, this cup, there’s nowhere we’d rather be.
August has something new coming. Stay close. ☕🍦🍪

In 2000, we opened our doors on this corner of Cambrian Heights. We didn’t know then what The Bullet would become, but we knew we wanted to make The.BEST. Coffee, Bake.With.Care. and show up for this neighbourhood every single morning.
26 years later, the same families still come in, the muffin recipes have not changed and we’re still using the same Bullet bean blends we started with.
NW Calgary, thank you for 26 years. We’re here to stay. ☕
