The closure of the SAIT Campus Centre has led to the closure of our beloved restaurant & bar and we wanted to share what it's meant to us in the 20 years of operation.

The Campus Centre is going through a major re-development, what does that mean for Saitsa? 🤔

1️⃣ Saitsa administrative offices, closed June 30, temporary locations will open in the Senator Burns building, effective Aug. 1. Please direct all inquiries to the Saitsa Resource Centre, Stan Grad Centre, MC107.

2️⃣ The Gateway, closed June 30, live music events will be hosted by the Gateway Events team at various venues throughout the city, while the Gateway Food and Beverage team will transition into a community food truck. Both teams independently launch this fall and continue to serve SAIT students and the Calgary community.

3️⃣ The Odyssey, closed July 29, a temporary location offering a limited menu from The Odyssey will open in the Senator Burns building (Station Market) in September.

Okay this is definitely a sad post, but has to be shared 🥺

The last day for everyone to dine with us is tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

If you've got no plans tomorrow, bring your friends and say your final goodbye to the venue!

BREAKING: SAIT’s student association, SAITSA, will be looking for a new home for their facilities as the Campus Centre is set to close at the end of Sept. 2022.

The Gateway Restaurant & Bar, SAIT’s only bar and event space for students, is also set to close, while other facilities will be relocated.
