As a young woman in Mexico, Marcela dreamed of bringing her Mexican street food to Canada. My heart is so full receiving the M Culinary Award, a recognition that celebrates authentic Mexican gastronomy and the preservation of our culture, traditions, and flavors around the world. 🇲🇽❤️

Every dish we serve is made with love and inspired by the family, memories, and people who mean the most to me. All of the hard work, long days, and dedication are my way of honoring those I love while doing what I am truly passionate about.

Food has a special way of bringing people together, and the best moments in life are often shared around a table. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, trusted us, and allowed us to be part of your celebrations and memories. This recognition is one I will cherish forever.
