Creating outstanding culinary experiences for decades; and weeks of focusing on the nuances of Niko's menu ... has made for exciting times here at Niko's.

An announcement from us..
After spending the last 20 years with you, we have made the difficult decision to sell our little bistro.
On May 30th, our family will serve our last dinner service as owners of Niko’s Bistro.

This place has been more than a business to us, it has defined so much of our families story over the last couple decades.

We cannot begin to thank our loyal community for the tremendous support you have shown us over the years. We have watched your children grow up, celebrated your milestones, and built friendships that we will keep forever. We loved what we did, because it meant we got to come to work and see you. You welcomed us into your lives, and became a part of our family too.

To all of our team members over the years, and to all of the family and friends that ever filled in, in a pinch, you’ve been integral to our success.

While we’re emotional to close this chapter, and say our goodbyes, we are excited to share that we have sold our bistro to the Bergfeldt family. Please join us in warmly welcoming Troy and family, and wishing them all the success as they carry on this legacy.
