On Thursday 20 August, we’re bringing that feeling to bibo as we celebrate the wines and flavours of Tuscany with one very special dinner.
Join us for an intimate four-course meal, thoughtfully paired with ten exceptional wines from some of Tuscany’s most celebrated producers. Together with several of Australia’s leading wine importers, we’ll journey through the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, the renowned vineyards of Montalcino, and the sun-soaked Tuscan coastline—discovering the incredible diversity of one of Italy’s most iconic wine regions.
Expect beautiful wines from producers including Fontodi, Querciabella, Talenti and more, paired with a menu inspired by the honest, generous flavours of Tuscany.
And because no great bottle should be left behind, every wine poured throughout the evening will be available to purchase at exclusive event-only pricing, so you can take a little piece of Tuscany home with you.
