This past weekend, a blackout knocked out our online ordering system, so if you tried to order and hit a wall, that’s why, and we’re sorry for the hassle!

Huge thanks to everyone who stuck with us, called in instead, or just waited it out. Your patience means the world.

Unlike traditional mozzarella, burrata has a soft, creamy centre that gently spills onto the plate when cut open. It's rich without being heavy and pairs beautifully with fresh vegetables, herbs, and warm Italian flavours.

It's no surprise it's become one of our favourite ingredients to work with.
