The Tuna Crudo “Vitellato” opens it. Japanese tuna, veal jus, caperberries, confit tomato. Light enough that you order more.

So you do. Tagliatelle in crustaceous bisque, king prawns, calamari, mussels, scallops, lemon. The plate that ends the conversation.

Then the Market Fish, because someone at the table has the sense to finish properly. Cherry tomato, capers, olives, white wine.
