Collab of the Brews is back at The Indi 🍻🔥

This time, we’re teaming up with the legends at Boundary Island for a collaboration that’s all about big hops, bold flavours and good company.

Introducing Forbidden Salad 🥗🍺A Double IPA born from two kindred brewing spirits, packed with a wild hop mix of Nelson Sauvin Amplifire, Mosaic Lupomax, Strata and CTZ.

Expect ripe fruit, juicy grape, a hint of greenery and a whole lot of hop character. Sitting at 8% ABV with an impressive 87 IBU, this one is made for hop lovers.

Winter ale has returned to the Indi, bringing a little northern hemisphere inspiration and a whole lot of cozy winter flavour.

Crafted with malts from the UK, US and Germany, this rich winter warmer layers caramel, biscuit and sweet nuttiness with cacao and natural vanilla for a smooth, white chocolate depth…

It’s malty, lightly hopped, gently spiced and basically the beer equivalent of a winter cuddle 🧸🍺

Battle of the Brews returns to the Indi on Thursday 2 July 🍻

This month, we’re excited to welcome Impi Brewers for a head-to-head showcase of independent craft beer, featuring six specially selected brews.

We’re combining Firkin Friday with our EOFY Bash for a huge end-of-financial-year celebration at the Indi this evening!

From the Firkin, we’re pouring our Street Beer, a modern Australian take on Vietnamese Bia Hoi. Brewed with 100% Australian hops, it brings subtle stonefruit notes, a light malt body and delicate sushi rice character for an easy and refreshing drinking.
