A little trip down memory lane…Since 1898, The Brisbane Hotel has seen a lot of change, a lot of characters and holds plenty of stories. As we bring The Brissy into its next chapter, preserving what makes this pub so special has always been at the heart of the renovation. We’re honouring the old, while making room for plenty of new memories! With good food, great drinks, top-notch service and an atmosphere that’s hard to beat at the heart of it all.

What a weekend! 🍻 To everyone who came down to raise a glass, and give The Brissy the send-off it deserved, THANK YOU! You helped close this incredible chapter in the best way possible.

Today the doors close, but the work begins 🔨 We can't wait to bring you along as we restore and breathe new life into The Brisbane Hotel.
