A taste of Northern Italy, no passport required 🇮🇹

This August, we’re joining with three signature ravioli dishes by Head Chef Paolo del Monte, each inspired by a different region of the north.

Think pumpkin cappellacci from Emilia-Romagna, roast beef agnolotti from Piemonte, and Lombardia-style casoncelli filled with sausage, amaretti and pear.

This August, we're joining with three signature ravioli from Head Chef Paolo del Monte, one from each corner of Northern Italy: pumpkin cappellacci from Emilia Romagna, roast beef agnolotti from Piemonte, and casoncelli from Lombardia with sausage, amaretti and pear.
