Based in O'Connor, Western Australia, Rubra Coffee is an Artisan Coffee Roaster and Tea Importer with a presence in both the retail and wholesale cafe/restaurant market. We also operate a drive through take away coffee outlet called "Rubra on the Go!", located just down from our roastery at 180 Carrington St, Hilton (entrance off Hughes St).

Behind the 🍒 a look at Guatemala Washed Arabica Antigua, Finca San Sebastian 🇬🇹

Finca San Sebastián is nestled in the San Miguel municipality of the beautiful Antigua region. The farm doesn’t just offer impressive views of Volcán Acatenango, but is also blessed with nutrient-rich volcanic soils and altitudes ranging between 1,500 and 1,700 masl.

Founded by Don Salvador Falla Santos, the farm remains in the hands of the Falla family. Today, fourth-generation coffee farmer Estuardo Falla Castillo carries forward a coffee-growing legacy that began in 1890. Next to coffee, the farm also produces macadamia nuts, dairy products, and honey. Around half of its 2,250 hectares is preserved as a natural reserve, providing habitat for remarkable wildlife, including jaguars and pumas.

In the cup, expect a smooth and well-balanced profile with plenty of dark chocolate, nougat, and cherry.
