The Cookie Barrel is looking for a reliable, hands-on Baker / Production Team Member to join our busy bakery in Palmyra.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery who enjoys working with quality products and takes pride in producing consistent results.

You’ll help produce our cookies, muffins, slices, cakes and other baked treats as part of a friendly, fast-paced team.

We’re looking for someone who:

The Cookie Barrel is looking for a reliable, organised and energetic Dispatch & Packing Assistant to join our busy bakery team in Palmyra.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. Reliability is essential — we’re looking for someone who is punctual, has consistent attendance and takes pride in their work.

The role includes:
• Packing bakery products accurately and efficiently
• Checking product quality, presentation and correct labelling
• Preparing products and orders for dispatch
• Reporting missing, incorrect or damaged products
• Keeping the packing and dispatch area clean and organised

You’ll need to be organised, attentive to detail and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while following procedures and food safety standards.

Do you want to join The Cookie Barrel team? We are on the lookout for a well-presented, reliable, and punctual individual who pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work. The role requires a manual driver's license and includes some lifting. Familiarity with Perth surrounds is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
