We couldn’t get enough of the awesome rose scent when brewing with the V60; it's pretty rare and definitely noticeable.⁠

This Brazilian coffee wraps up with a nice sweetness like red grapes, leaving you with a clean end and a hint of nuttiness.⁠

Dez Anos is a special microlot that celebrates the 10 year relationship between the importer, MCM and Fabiano Borré and his family’s Fazenda Progresso.⁠

In the processing of this coﬀee, infrared light is used to separate green fruit from the ripe red cherries that are ideal for processing. ⁠
⁠
Mechanical dryers set at 33ºC for just over twelve hours a day ensure even drying over a period of three days. ⁠
⁠

Forget what you know about heavy, earthy Indonesian profiles.

This Washed Typica from Sulawesi is here to change the game.

Thanks to the meticulous work of PT TOARCO, this lot undergoes a traditional washing process rather than the typical wet-hulling.

A stunning cup featuring vibrant acidity, crisp flavor clarity, and a gorgeous creamy body.

It requires intense labor and comes in very limited top lots, making it a rare find, but the incredible cup quality is worth every cent.

Where is Sulawesi?

Sulawesi is a uniquely "K-shaped" island in Indonesia, located right in the middle of the Indonesian archipelago.

Grown at an elevation of 1,250 meters by third-generation producer Yolan Tirta, this Gowa Regency lot is cultivated completely without chemical fertilizers, coexisting beautifully with local wildlife in rich volcanic soil.

This beautiful cup features vibrant notes of orange and stone fruit, beautifully balanced by a rich, syrupy sweetness and a clean, structured finish.

Have you experienced the filter coffee sourced from Sulawesi?

The newly released "Yolan Tirta Malino" boasts a delightful mouthfeel that is coated, with a syrupy quality and a rounded sweetness. You can certainly detect a citrusy aftertaste.

This coffee is a unique find on the market. Originating from Indonesia, it presents a fruity profile and a rich mouthfeel. We opted for a lighter roast for it as a filter coffee, emphasizing its floral and fruity notes.

Upon tasting the sample, we were amazed by its complex layers of flavor. It is now in stock at the warehouse and also available in our online store.

The "Progresso" from Brazil returns, bringing the same delightful flavour for the new season.

Featuring a rich nutty foundation with hints of almond and chocolate bar, it also offers a smooth sweetness. The acidity is quite mild.

Excellent when paired with milk, it reveals a caramel-like sweetness that elevates your flat white to new heights.

We opted for a medium roast to create a round, velvety mouthfeel that lingers on the palate.

Though straightforward, it's a flavor you’ll crave the following day.

Coffee: 15g
Water: 240ml

Brew time: 2:00

Steps

Add 15g of medium-ground coffee

Pour 240ml hot water

Gently stir to wet all grounds

Steep for 2 minutes

Place the dripper on your cup and let it drain

This special microlot comes from coffee cherries grown by 103 women farmers of the Abizerwa Women’s Group (“trusted people” in Kinyarwanda), a women-led alliance within Rwanda’s renowned Maraba Cooperative, on their independent farms in the hills around Sovu washing station in Southern Province.

Kimani is medium-roasted, making it an ideal choice for espresso enthusiasts, delivering a robust taste and a solid mouthfeel.

This coffee shines whether enjoyed black or with milk, showcasing a variety of flavors.

When prepared as a long black, Kimani predominantly features notes of black currant alongside citrusy hints like bergamot.

When combined with milk, it transforms into a smooth, creamy vanilla experience that I'm absolutely enamored with.
