I'VE MISSED YOU GUYS!
it's been a crazy 2 weeks for the Frost family, now a little bigger ♥

We are back this Friday night at to celebrate the exquisite wines of Kasper,

To match we have somewhat of a winter/summer menu

18 hour Tender Lamb Shoulder, served with a fresh roquette salad, Yarra Valley Dairy Persian Feta and Beetroot
Confit Duck Leg, with rich and hearty white bean cassoulet

to share our delicious Pumpkin, Pesto and Mozzarella Arancini,
Grilled Halloumi with pickles
and Tempura Prawn Skewers

Sticky date Pudding to finish,

When I started Frosty's Kitchen the goal was to retake control of my time, rekindle my passion for food and pour love into every menu.

Built on the promise of "Simple things done well" and to be the "Happiest Chef in the Valley"

Tonight I feel like the happiest Chef alive.

We welcomed our son in the early hours of Wednesday morning

This community has been such a great support to our family and I am so very grateful for every person who person who has booked, dined and supported us over the last 4 years.

We are still booking events, though my new boss will decide when I can take calls.

We will rejoin the helm in our truck at Barrique on Friday the 28th of August, though you can still dine out this coming friday at Barrique with a very special guest chef

You are all the best, thank you for my freedom

Well here we are, another friday night and this one is special

and .wines , a massive double release by 2 legends of the Valley

Wine people, this is your night. You won't want to miss it.

To match we have 18 hour Beef Cheeks, rich and delicious, Prawn and Lobster Ravioli with a limoncello cream sauce, how maurish!

Grilled Halloumi with beetroot a la grecque and salsa verde, and of course our favourite sticky date pud!

It's Nocturne, a midwinter gathering of firelight and flavour.

Healesville comes to life after dark with extended hours, cosy in-store activations, tastings and winter specials.

Joining us is on the pour and on the tunes

Our menu to match features our favourite Pumpkin, Pesto, Persian feta Arancini, Delicious Garlic Prawns, A rich and warming Confit Duck Cassoulet.
