Here are my picks for cocktail/wine bars in Launceston.

A couple of tips: Havilah gets very busy so it’s handy to book ahead.

When you go to Cinco, ask Drew for the bartender’s choice, tell him the kind of drinks you usually go for, and you won’t leave disappointed.

The staff at Barrel collective are great! Very knowledgeable and you will try some phenomenal gins.
