The Charles Street Pantry is centrally located Café right in the heart of Launceston with on street parking and two major car parks within 100 metres of the Café. Regulars call us The Pantry, and we are known for our great coffee, range of lunch options, early morning breakfasts, and plenty of room to catch up with a friend or two over a brew and delicious snack. The Charles Street Pantry is a Tasmanian family owned business, employing talented Tasmanian's that provide you with that quality brew, pastry, snack or substantial meal. It has continued to grow over the past 15 years due to the attention to detail the staff provide their customers and the produce they serve. Luke, Bonnie & the team are up early Monday to Saturday making, baking, brewing and catering to your every need. For some it’s a pleasure, others an addiction but for many an obsession - we think our crew make one of the best coffees in Launceston. We can make just about any request. Whether you like your coffee rocket fuel strength or a milder subtle style let us know, we love to be tested. If you are an early riser, traveler, visitor or if have early morning business meeting, we open nice an early and serve breakfast from 7am Monday to Friday and 8am on Saturday’s. Hearty full breakfasts, fresh fruit, pancakes there’s plenty of choice to get your day of to a great start. Did we mention we serve awesome coffee too?
