As of 22nd December 2017..... It is with heavy heart to let everyone know that we have closed permanently. Due to ill health. After 2years of a wonderful journey we are so sad to say goodbye. Thankyou to our loyal customers for your patronage over that time. I am late in announcing this (Very late ) sorry for that but I have been in denial. I didn't want Mindy's to close but in the end there was no other option. So now after long and in depth conversation I have accepted it and realise it is time to do the right thing and say THANKYOU to you all, for if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have made it to two years. THANKYOU for being a part of the dream. Take care ....sincerely , Mindy 💖💖💖💖.

Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather this weekend. Better late than never. ...We are open today until 2pm if you want to pop in for a coffee and a light lunch or a late big breakfast . Hope you are having an awesome day. We will be open Saturday's and Sunday's from now until Xmas. . 😃

Good morning beautiful people. Mindy's will be closing early today 2pm.....sorry for the inconvenience. Another doctors appointment . Hoping it's the last for a while. Back to feeling great would be awesome. ... meanwhile we have our homemade flavoured pies. Chilli pumpkin soup. Cauliflower and bacon soup. Sausage Rolls. Freshly baked banana walnut and cranberry bread, and mixed Berry and buttermilk muffins and about to make chicken and corn pies. Hope to see you for lunch. Mindy 😃

Hi everyone as you have probably noticed we have been closed on Saturdays for a couple of weeks,as it has been a little quiet of late. But letting you know that we will be open this Saturday as Monday is a public holiday and we will be closed . Also letting you know that we will have homemade pies tomorrow and Pizza is on the menu for tomorrow as well. Hope you are all having a great day. Thanks....Mindy's.

Hello everyone. Is there anyone who recycles cooking oil ?? Mindy has 6 x 20 litre drums at the shop if anyone is interested. Can't seem to give it away. I know of a couple of people who recycles it into fuel. But don't have phone numbers so if you know of some one who would like it please send them in to Mindys . Thanks.

Mindy here. ..... hope you are all having a great morning . Just letting you know .......that our trading hours for the colder months will be 6am -4pm Monday to Friday and 7am-2.30pm Saturdays .. And also, we have a new addition to our menu.....Homemade hamburgers : beef patties made with fresh ingredients daily..... with cheese $7.00. with egg , bacon and cheese $9.00 . Dine in and order a Hamburger with the lot and a side of chips for only $12.50. Hawks play Brisbane Lions at home this Saturday , so will be open and the coffee machine ready to go by 7am. So come in and grab a burger before you go, it might save you a couple of $$$$$ Have a great day everyone, will catch you next time you pop in , Mindy...👍😆😆

Hi everyone hope you are having an awesome day so far. Just letting you all know that Mindy's will be open Anzac Day. As we attend the dawn service in Launceston, we will open straight after it , so anyone wanting a coffee or breakfast or both can come and enjoy while waiting for the parade of our Anzacs . We will close at 1.00pm for our traditional watching of the Anzac day football match. Go Pies.... Please have a silent minute on Tuesday to pay respect to all our fallen. Thanks everyone, Mindy..

Just putting all the gossips out of their misery. Or maybe its disappointment that they are wrong...... Mindy's Coffee Stop is open and we have no plan to closedown. So for whoever you are ...at Morty's food hall ..... maybe find out facts before you spread rumours about other people's business. You could always come and speak to me ( Mindy) I will be happy to reassure you we are NOT closing down ... 😠😠😠😠😠
