The Banko Gotiti cooperative in Yirgacheffe has around 300 smallholder members using organic practices. On average they have less than 1 hectare of land and they grow coffee in amongst other sustenance crops.
Growing, processing and drinking coffee has been a tradition in everyday life for centuries in Ethiopia.

This is an easy drinking coffee with juicy berry notes and a mild caramel sweetness.

1500 smallholder producers, who farm on as little as 1 hectare, bring their ripe cherry to the Kindeng Mill to be processed.
This lot is Natural processed, dried on raised beds, and is a rich and full-bodied but with an intense fruity aroma ☕️🍫🍓🍑
A great all-rounder, we enjoy it many ways, from V60 to flat white 😉
