Our Autumn “SEN” Picking Menu arrives this Friday, April 24, bringing with it a collection of dishes designed for long conversations and shared plates.
The menu is a study in texture and season. We begin with the bright, sharp crunch of spinach and green apple paired with passion fruit, and the nostalgic, smoky depth of “Mama” pork skewers, marinated in wild peppercorn and charred over charcoal.
For the table, a Hearty Cooking Tray that celebrates the harvest:
Fragrant Chicken / Fried with Ozzie chestnuts, kaffir lime, and mint.
Golden Pomfret / Grilled and dressed in "Sen" sauce and fresh dill.
Spicy Octopus / Tossed with seasonal leeks and the crunch of golden garlic.
Farmers Mushrooms / Caramelised with basil and a rich soy jus.
Everything is anchored by Coco Rice, steamed in clay pots until fragrant with coconut milk.
