We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Franschhoek, starting this June. If you fulfil the below criteria, please email your CV to [email protected] for consideration:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or 4-5 star hospitality
- Strong knowledge of wine, menu structure, and fine dining etiquette
- Proven leadership skills, including motivating and managing a team under pressure
- POS experience, ideally Ikentoo and Dineplan

This position will require flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required. We hope to welcome you to our award-winning team!
