Fish Hoek’s annual Spring Splash returns to Fish Hoek Beach on Sunday, September 6, with games, a sandcastle competition, treasure hunt, talent show and the traditional sea splash at 3pm. Rotary and Lions Club volunteers will join the community event, which starts at 10am.
